Good to know - other information

The support of your skipass, the keycard, costs 3 € and is rechargeable with any kind of skipass.
The skipasses are valid for 2 seasons (unless otherwise specified)
The keycard (smart card) is rechargeable at sales points of Chamrousse and Grenoble (L'Espace Chamrousse), automatic dispensers, and also on line or by phone at +33(0)892 16 16 38.
The keycard can be changed if it is lost or stolen ( please check general terms and conditions) and is guaranteed 2 years.

Disposable skipasses are also available at automatic dispensers of Chamrousse (they are only valid on the day of purchase or the next day if bought after 5 pm), and at our retailers (valid for the current season)
